All our products are custom-made and handcrafted for you. Before we start production on your artwork, we will send you a video of the result. Once you have given your approval, the product will be produced, framed, and sent to you.
Since Mix my Photo provides customized products, returns are only possible if they are damaged during transport.
We kindly request you to take a photo of the damaged package before opening it.
